This is a short summary of our RS Digitech policies, which is been on the track from day one. It covers every website link of RS Digitechâs products and services here. The set of policies mentioned in this document applies to all our products and services and thus constitute the legality of our policies.
RS Digitech never sells any of your data to someone else for advertising, marketing, or so on. We never ever adopt the practice of selling information to anyone. This is our approach we follow from day one of our RS Digitech. We sincerely follow our traditional practices, rules, and the set of instructions in a progressive way. Our policy is simple and liable to the extremity of our long-lasting relationship. This policy tells you the information we collect from you, how we process it, who are all supposed to access it, and finally what you can do with it.
We only collect the information that we need for a process. Some of that is information that you willfully give us when you sign up with us, register for any event, ask for customer support, or when buying something from us. We store and secure your name and contact information, but we don't store credit card numbers (except with your permission and in one of our secured payment gateways).

We use this information to improve our websites and services for our new product development works.

We'll use that information to process and complete the request you made. If you keep engaged with our brand on social media, it consents to our accessibility over your profile information.
We use your information to provide the requested services, and to create and maintain your accounts, and to keep an eye on any unauthorized activity on your accounts. We also use it to communicate with you about the products in the present or in the future,
your customer support requests on the portal, new product releases to notify you, a chance to register your feedback, and policy updates in the future. We analyze the information to analyze your needs and improving the same on our websites.
We're supposed to show you a legal basis for collecting and processing your information. In most cases, we either get your consent or acknowledgment of the service you've requested from us. When that's not the case, we should demonstrate another legal basis, like our legitimate business interests.

We cannot honor Do Not Track signals from internet browsers; as a universal standard for processing them emerges and we will follow it.
